Website & Customer Portal
Regent Customer Care had an outdated website that had many issues from a functionality standpoint as well as a design standpoint. We worked with them to put a fresh look on their website as well as transform the old customer portal into something that is more functional and easier to use for customers. During the refresh of their website, we integrated the new Customer Portal into the application we developed them called Agent Portal. This allowed them to view all orders in a centralized system, gather reporting metrics and easier manage data in a centralized location. This was previously not an option with the old outdated system. We are hosting their infrastructure in our cloud leveraging a private network for the database traffic for this public facing site. This allows them maximum security and provides fast reliable transactions for customers and agents alike.
